KHIDMAT FOUNDATION believes that the future of any individual, people, country or indeed the world lies in education.
Despite the universalization of primary education being adopted as a key thrust area, the vast majority of children remain uneducated. The government and several NGOs are working towards this aim. Several schools have been set up for this. However, there is a high percentage of poor education in the lower socio-economic society in the nation. This can be attributed to several factors including poor quality of teaching and lack of support at home due to the children being first-generation learners. Parents often pay for tuition that they can ill afford. Thus, Khidmat Foundation predominantly addresses this issue.
Given the right resources, guidance, confidence, every child can grow out of the unfortunate backgrounds. Education, thus, becomes an important part in a child’s life and growth, making them efficient and capable of leading a better life and giving back to their country and society. Without the route to education, a child cannot develop the necessary skills to sustain and grow into a responsible human being. Hence KHIDMAT FOUNDATION’s vision is to provide the necessary resources to the children of the deprived class.
