• Shahnawaj Saifi is a Govt bank employee, with over 10 years’ experience working in the private, public sectors. He specializes in program, project, and change management, particularly in the area of social service improvement. Shahnawaj’s work has taken him to all parts of India. He is a founding member of the Khidmat Foundation and has worked at the local, national level. He is actively involved in interfaith and community cohesion work and is an advisor to the teams on issues related to community disputes.

Sajid Ali completed his B.sc. He worked as a teacher for almost 15 years. He was a Visiting Fellow at Local schools (2002-04), he was also the director of the Sec Institute at Kanker Khera (2004-2010) and an Associate Member of Horizon Academy, Meerut (2008-10). Presently he has been working in central govt for 10 years.

• Like many people I have long been an admirer of the fantastic work of the Khidmat Foundation and it’s a real honor to be asked to help them continue to make a difference in the lives of so many around the world and right here in India. As a child who has visited many conflict and disaster zones I know that help wherever it comes from can be a matter of life and death and its my hope that I can help build on the past successes of the Khidmat Foundation as it moves forward to deliver real impact and change wherever it’s needed.”
• Sarfraj Khan was the former manager at The Sec Institute. His role was to provide the best educational material and to help the students in all possible ways.
