Shahnawaj Saifi

Shahnawaj Saifi is a Govt bank employee, with over 10 years’ experience working in the private and public sectors. He specializes in program, project, and change management, particularly in the area of social service improvement. Shahnawaj’s work has taken him to all parts of India. He is a founding member of the Khidmat Foundation and has worked at the local, national level. He is actively involved in interfaith and community cohesion work and is a chief advisor on issues related to community development.
Mrs. Nagma

Mrs. Nagma is a graduate and teacher by profession, where she has been teaching and leading the Students in the Rural area for six years. She works in India’s rural and urban areas which have long been a focus of her work. She very much looks forward to working with Khidmat Foundation and evolve the foundation’s efforts in the face of today’s changing humanitarian and development landscapes.
Sajid Ali

Sajid Ali is a science graduate and worked as a teacher for almost 15 years. He was a Visiting Fellow at Local schools (2002-04), the director of the Sec Institute at Kanker Khera (2004-2010), and also an Associate Member of Horizon Academy, Meerut (2008-10). Presently he has been working for central govt for 10 years. He is passionate about social justice, fighting inequality, and providing education and self-awareness to the underprivileged. He is one of the founding members of the Khidmat Foundation
Mrs. Gulshan
(Housewife)
Gulshan works for students’ welfare, knows the problems of the students, and works for removing the hurdle which obstructs the growth in anyway.
She has delivered essential aid to those most in need in India for over 15 years. Through her work, she hopes to help continue to tackle the increasing global inequality so that our fellow global citizens can access their basic human rights to things like food, health, and education.
Sarfraj Khan
(Indian Railway Employee)
Sarfraj Khan is a science graduate, B.ed, and a fantastic tutor to competitive exams and academic classes. As a child he has visited many conflicts, he knows that help wherever it comes from can be a matter of life and death. Sarfraj Khan was the former manager at The Sec Institute. His role was to provide the best educational guidance and to help the students in all possible ways. He set up many self-help groups to improve the lives of thousands. He is an incredible teacher and full of positive energy. Presently he has been giving his service with Indian Railway Since 2013. He remains active at the Indian community level through the encouragement of civic engagement, providing education, initiatives for youth development on mainstream issues.
Mrs. Sahista

Mrs. Sahista worked for students’ welfare and, one of the founding members of the Khidmat Foundation. She delivered quality education to those most in need for over 15 years. Through the work of Khidmat Foundation, she hopes to help students to get their basic human rights, things like food and education.
